Be Jolly

I pulled out a very old Stampin' Up wood mounted stamp set to make this monochromatic blue card for my Christmas card stash. The paper is by DCWV, and the sentiment is by Momenta. The stitched square die is by Cottage Cutz and the stitched oval is Gina Marie.  I heat embossed the snowman image and added twine to finish it.

    Love the white embossing and the warm blue you used throughout your card...so pretty. Thanks for sharing with us at ColorMyHeart Color Dare. Don't forget this meets the requirement at Double Trouble "embossing" and Stinkin' Inkers for "something warm", hope to see you there too.

    Love the blue and white of this wonderfully wintery card!! Love the snowy embossing.

    This to me is a fabulous example of your signature card: stamped/die cut focal panel + stamped/die cut sentiment panel + twine + background/patterned paper or dry-embossed. It's a tried and true combination for a classic looking card. Always looks great! You didn't know I had studied your style so closely, did you? lol... I actually learned a lot abt making cards from looking at your creations back in the MFP days!! :)
