Easter Bunny

This is the card that I made to send to my grandkids. With the coronavirus shut-down going on now, we won't see them at Easter, but I ordered some goodies on Amazon and had them delivered. I went with a more subtle color combo than I usually do for their cards, but this paper pad has been sitting in my stash for at least 10 years and it was time to bring it out. The cute little bunny is from the Easter Essentials die set by Kat Scrappiness, that my daughter let me borrow, and the Easter sentiment die as also by Kat Scrappiness. I tied some twine around the bunny's neck and fussy cut a flower from the background paper to embellish. The punched border is by Fiskars. It's rare that I make a card that doesn't involve any stamping at all, but die cutting works well when you're short on time, don't you agree? Besides, I think that orange is just the color of bunny carrots, which makes it perfect for Easter.

  8. Oh this is so cute with the little bunny!! That gives this Easter card a whole different than with the sentiment and shadow alone. Pretty papers...and I love how you added the flower to the bunny. Awwwww....sweet!
