Easter Garden

I decided to use this Easter sentiment die by Kat Scrappiness for almost all of my Easter cards this year, in order to get the most use out of it as possible. I love that it comes with a shadow die as well as the sentiment, which allows for even more design possibilities.  The paper I used is a beautiful floral by K&Co, and the label die is a freebie that came with Papercraft Inspirations. I inked the edges to coordinate with the patterned paper, and added some bakers twine. The butterflies are punched from textured white card stock, then inked with Stampin'Up ink.

  7. I do love this pretty card!! K&Co has beautiful papers. I have a couple of those ginormous stacks...incl this one of Susan Winget designs! LOVE!!! (Each of those stacks has what? 200 sheets in it? Or more???? Oh, I just checked...360 sheets!! And those aren't the only K&Co stacks on my shelf!!! I must have been thinking I needed to buy paper for several generations of crafters....lol...) Back to your card....I adore the little butterflies you added. The textured paper looks just like burlap. Your twine bow is so pretty, too. Lovely Easter card!!
