Make A Wish

I used another one of my Distress Oxide backgrounds to make this ATC as well. The stamp is Fairy Tales by Lili of the Valley. I colored the stars with metallic sharpies and added rhinestones for sparkle. The sentiment is heat embossed to show up against the dark background.
