I pulled out a very old stamp set by A-muse studio, called Hello Cupcake, and made this birthday card for a friend's daughter. The stenciled background is by Hero Arts, with added stamped dots (also by HA). I made a circle stencil by die cutting with a Sizzix circle die, and inked it over the background.

Well, aren't you the creative one doing all these fancy things with stencils. Great idea spotlighting the cupcake by making a circle stencil for a mask. Love the colors you used and the party background. This card is super-sweet in more ways than one!!
