Valentine Cards in the Works!

Well, February is just flying by and I only now managed to make a Valentine card. I used stamps by TCP studios (the owl and sentiment) and Simon Says Stamp (the stamped heart) , papers from the Dollar bin at Target (from several years back) and an embossing folder by Darice. I handcut the patterned paper shape and colored the sentiment and owl with alcohol markers.

  1. Yay!!! Welcome to Blogland, Karen!! I love the name....it's just right.
Super-sweet card with the adorable owl. His patterned waistcoat coordinates so perfectly with the stamped heart background. How clever to hand-cut the paper in that wonderful shape. (I am very impressed, since I can't even hand-cut the end of a sentiment strip straight!)
