I needed to put together a few quick Halloween treat bags for my grandchildren, so I pulled out these fun striped bags, a tag die by Pretty Pink Posh, and Halloween stamps by Ellen Hutson . A little bakers twine, some rhinestones, and a treat tucked inside, and they were done.
