I finally brought myself to cut into a few Graphic 45 paper pads (Gilded Lily and Cafe Parisian) and make a card or two. I just love Graphic 45 but it's hard not to just hoard and admire them, ha! A little cutting, inking and ribbon made this! Love the soft pastels, which are not my usual color palette. The pretty label die cut is by Spellbinders, and I added inked edge and pearls. The boarder punch is by Stampin'up. Even though I used two different paper collections for this card, I found the Graphic 45 patterens often coordinate perfectly.

Am I the only regular person that occasionally USES their Graphic 45????? There is method in my madness, of course, since I can't buy more unless I use what I have! I think I told you recently I had 5 of those flat tubs of G45.....it's actually seven. And that doesn't count the seasonally specific pieces that I have in my various holiday tubs or bags. So, yes, I really do have to use it every once in awhile!!
ReplyDeleteYou are so right about the collections coordinating well together. The combo you used is so beautiful together. This is such a gorgeous and elegant card. Love the intricate diecut behind the cut-apart piece and that shimmery bow. The fancy border is so dainty and couldn't be more perfect!! Everything is so lovely.
