Red, White and Birthday

I had some scraps of red, white and blue patterned papers by DCWV, so decided to turn them into birthday cards. I think this would be perfect for a July birthday..or really any birthday for that matter! The sentiment is stamped on vellum, and the images are all by Stampin' Up, except for the candle. The candle stamp is by Studio G.

  3. This card caught my eye as soon as you posted it, but I am just now getting around to commenting. Love, love, love all the wonderful stars and how your images coordinate so perfectly with that background paper!! How clever to stamp the sentiment on the vellum. Did you heat emboss, too? Everything looks so festive and celebratory!! Party TIME!!!
